Subsequent to graduating in law with the focus on Labour Law, I worked for an international Human Resources Consultancy in Munich. This was when I realised that I had an innate flair for entrepreneurial negotiation. I’ve been working as a freelance HR Manager since 2008 and have managed numerous HR projects of differing calibres for clients in Germany ever since: From start-ups to medium-sized companies to global corporations.

In my opinion, expertise in Personnel Management is not limited to one industry and is therefore easily transferable. For this reason, I’m active across all sectors. I mainly work in Generalist functions and look after client enquiries in the field of Interim Recruiting, HR Management, Labour Law and Change Management. In doing so, I combine my knowledge of Labour Law with competencies from Human Resources and Organisational Development.

In addition to my occupation as an HR Manager, I also regularly work as a Project Manager for clients’ HR projects. I have provided project managing support to various company closures, as well as in transactions for the implementation of Mergers & Acquisitions. My day-to-day business furthermore includes supporting clients in the introduction of software solutions or in Project Management when establishing HR Departments.
