Whether you are looking for a temporary HR Business Partner or need support in interim recruiting: I am a competent and flexible support for your HR department. Due to my experience in labor law, I am often tasked with labor relations or the personnel implementation of restructuring.

Hands-on HR Management with Leadership Competence

Customers often use HR Interim Management in a personnel emergency. Sometimes the position holder suddenly falls ill, or the department faces a high workload. Many of my clients are therefore looking for an experienced HR manager who can start from one day to the next and is immediately familiar with the work.
