about me


 

​After my law studies specialising in Labour Law, I worked for a retained executive search firm in Munich. It became clear to me: International personnel consulting is where my strengths lie and that I thrive on project-related work. Ever since then, I have managed numerous HR projects for clients of vastly differing sizes throughout Germany: From start-ups through to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) all the way to international corporations.

Expertise in HR Management in my opinion is not limited to an industry sector and is therefore easily transferable. It is for this reason that I am active across a wide variety of sectors. I enjoy working in generally-orientated roles and manage projects within the scope of HR Management, Labour Law and Change Management. In the process I combine my Labour Law knowledge with skills obtained from personnel development and organisational change.

HR projects that are particularly challenging operationally and may go through more tumultuous phases appeal to me. A pronounced hands-on approach allows me to put ideas into action and get the job done.
